These terms govern access to r5i.io and use of the platform modules and related support services provided by r5i.io.

Platform Access

Access is provided for authorized use cases and may be suspended for misuse, abuse, or non-compliance with security requirements.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Protect account credentials and role-based access assignments.
  • Provide lawful data and authorized integration access.
  • Maintain backup and continuity controls appropriate to business risk.

Commercial Terms

Pricing, service tiers, and billing terms are defined in applicable order forms, subscription terms, or written agreements.

Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and by applicable service agreements.
